Internet fashion retailer ASOS has topped a poll for online customer experience.
The company was deemed to have "exceptional" site navigation and an "inspirational" homepage in the survey by eDigitalResearch.
ASOS was also praised for providing a seamless process across all digital devices - something many retailers still struggle with.
Second and third places in the survey went to John Lewis and online retailer Notonthehighstreet.com. H&M had the highest score for mobile navigation due to the precision of its search capability.
The survey found the weakest link in the online journey of many customers was the checkout stage, which was consistently cited as the most frustrating experience.
