Greeting card retailer Card Factory has something to celebrate after recording a total sales growth of almost eight percent so far this year.
And while the 7.9 percent sales increase in the nine months ending October 13 falls slightly short of the 8.7 percent rise achieved during the same period the previous year, it marks the continuation of a remarkable sales success story for the company.
For, since launching 17 years ago, Card Factory has managed to lift like-for-like sales every year - something many businesses can only dream of.
The company now owns 809 stores, 45 of which were opened during the most recent financial period. It has also relaunched its website and is now looking forward to the lucrative Christmas period.
