Thousands of Debenhams customers have had their data compromised in a cyber attack.
As a result of the breach last week, the retailer confirmed 26,000 Debenhams Flowers shoppers had their data "accessed or stolen".
Debenhams has now suspended its flower website, which is operated by Ecomnova.
The company was anxious to stress that customers of Debenhams.com have not been affected by the security breach and said that as soon as it became clear there had been a cyber attack, it had taken immediate steps to protect customers.
Debenhams said all those affected by the breach had been contacted and it has also notified the Information Commissioner's Office. The company is working with Ecomnova and cyber security experts to investigate the incident.
Debenhams Chief Executive Sergio Bucher apologised to all those affected.
