Waitrose has reclaimed its 'Supermarket of the Year' crown from Aldi at this year's Which? Awards.
The up-market grocer was the only one of the shortlisted supermarkets to achieve five stars in a range of categories, including the helpfulness and availability of staff and store appearance.
Aldi, Ocado, Marks & Spencer and Iceland were among the runners up.
The Retailer of the Year category at the Awards was won by tools and hardware supplier Toolstation, which beat well-known businesses such as John Lewis, Liz Earle and AO.com to claim the title.
The Which? Awards, launched in 2007, recognise the brands that go the furthest to satisfy their customers. The voting process does not allow brands to nominate themselves and Which? voting criteria for the awards includes customer service, value, innovation and improvement.
