John Smith's is encouraging consumers to reach for the stars, offering 100 people the chance to 'win' one of their own.
The ale brand has purchased the rights to a pint glass shaped constellation situated next to Capella, the sixth brightest star in the sky, from the International Star Registry and is inviting those with 'an ordinary name but extraordinary talent' to upload a video outlining their exceptional or unusual skills.
The brand will pick 100 of the best entrants to become part of the ‘John's Smith Constellation' on digital platforms, with their name and video entry linked to a specific star in the grouping.
The competition is part of the John Smith's 'Only Ordinary in Name' campaign. Visit http://johnsmiths.co.uk/constellation/ to find out more.
